Burning Instructions - Hold your palo santo stick pointing the tip down toward the flame at a 45 degree angle. Allow to burn for 30 seconds - 1 minute and either allow to distinguish on its own or blow out. To Increase smoke during your ritual gently blow ember. Walk around your space with positive affirmations then place your palo santo stick in a fire proof bowl but do not leave unattended. The same stick can be re lit several times in order to clear negative energy.
