Red Light Therapy
Repair and Regeneration
Red light therapy, also known as Photobiomodulation (PBM), combines bioactive light with near-infrared light to help heal, repair and regenerate the body. The lights emit specific, therapeutic wavelengths to boost the production of endogenous anti-inflammatories, accelerate tissue regeneration and reduce pain. It's widely used to treat joints, skin, muscles, brain health and much more.
Sessions are 20 minutes long, with the red light positioned over the anatomical part of the body that requires treatment. All you will feel is the gentle, calming warmth emitted from the LED's.

Déesse PRO
LED Light Therapy Mask
The Déesse Pro LED Mask delivers therapeutic light doses, stimulating a natural cellular response for treating many dermatological conditions, including acne, hyperpigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles, and wound healing. These responses lead to skin rejuvenation and provide a safe, non-invasive way to achieve naturally more glowing and clearer skin. To see a change in overall skin health a minimum of 8 treatments are recommended over four weeks.

Is Red Light Therapy & LED Phototherapy suitable for me?
Red Light Therapy & LED Phototherapy is not advised in some circumstances. These include:
- Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
- Epilepsy & Seizures
- Chronic Cutaneous or Discoid Lupus
- Photo-sensitive Eczema
- Hypo-melanism (Albinism)
- Active Cancers
- Cutaneous Porphyria
Cautions include:
- Sensitivity to Light
- Photosensitising Medications
- St. John's Wort
- Light Induced Migraines
- Eye Disease and Retinol Abnormalities (Mask only)

What should I bring to my sauna session?
Please bring a towel for the shower - complimentary body wash is provided. Alternatively, towel hire is available for £2.
What should I wear during my sauna session?
Swimwear is suitable during your pod session. It is also advisable to wear loose clothing to change into after your session, as you most likely will continue to sweat 30 - minutes post pod session.
Do you have a shower facility?
Yes the studio has a private shower.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
The studio requires 48 hours notice to reschedule an appointment - payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule your appointment and your payment will be transferred over to your future booking. If you are unable to reschedule, please contact the studio at least 48 hours before your appointment, thank you!
